Hi, I'm Neal

I'm an engineering leader with 15 years across computer engineering, software development, cloud automation, and databases. I'm currently leading teams of engineers and architects building secure multi-cloud and agentic AI systems.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids, playing and watching sports (especially basketball), renovating our 150-year old Victorian home, and shopping at Costco.
